Goose Island is one of the most successful craft breweries in the Midwest. Having won numerous national and international awards, they have a large diverse market. The detailed work in their Fulton Street Tap Room was done on a reclaimed wood surface with a Chicago city grid framing each illustration. The illustrations display where Goose Island’s ingredients are produced as well as prominent Chicago landmarks.
