Chester Elvin is a Chicago based professional artist who’s focus is communicating clients’ vision in environmental spaces through mural and sign painting.
At the age of eleven, Chester’s passion for painting was ignited. Studying under fine artist Marlyse Ruess, Chester learned the traditional oil painting process. He studied figure painting and drawing at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where he refined his understanding of color, form and detail. Chester works with oil based paints, brushes and rollers. His dynamic understanding of color, composition and detail allows him to visually convey messages with precision and vivid clarity.
